Terms and Conditions

Office Hours

Opening Times are Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm and Friday 8:45am to 4.30pm.

Prices

The price list shows our current prices. Prices exclude VAT and delivery charges.  TalarMade have the right to change prices.

Payment

Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT and delivery charges.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted for payment, excluding American Express.

Credit account payment terms: 30 days net monthly.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sums become due and payable on the basis of 30 days net monthly terms (i.e. invoices become due at the end of the month following the date of the invoice). We reserve the right to suspend supplies immediately and without notification to the customer should amounts become overdue.

Retention of Title

Legal ownership, or title to the goods will not pass from Talarmade Ltd to the Buyer until the Buyer has paid for the goods in full.  Talarmade retain the right to enter the Buyer’s premises to repossess the goods.  The Buyer will store the goods separately from goods belonging to third parties and mark the goods as Talarmade Ltd property. The Buyer will allow Talarmade Ltd access to the Buyer’s premises to verify that these obligations are being complied with.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to the point of order dispatch. Thereafter order cancellation will be treated as an order return.  In order to action your cancellation please call our Customer Services Team on 01246 268456 during our office hours of Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5.00pm and Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item to TalarMade, you must quote your original delivery note number and official order number.

If you would like to return your order please call the TalarMade Customer Services Team on 01246 268456 prior to dispatching the items back to Talar Made.

TalarMade cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.  We therefore recommend a certificate of posting is gained from the Post Office or Courier.

Faulty Items

If after purchase a fault appears within the first 6 months, please contact the TalarMade team immediately.  Items with faults due to defective manufacture and not caused by accidental damage, misuse or fair wear and tear must be returned to TalarMade and will be replaced.

It is the customer’s duty wherever possible to inspect items upon delivery.  In the event of items being received in a damaged condition, claims must be made to Talar Made within 3 days of delivery of the goods in writing or by telephone.

Correctly Supplied Items

Unwanted items that were correctly supplied by TalarMade will be exchanged or refunded provided that they are returned to us within 28 days of delivery.

Incorrectly Supplied Items

TalarMade will replace or refund items, which have been incorrectly supplied, provided that we are notified in writing or by telephone within 3 days of delivery.

It is the customer’s duty wherever possible to inspect items upon delivery.  In the event of items being short delivered, claims must be made to Talar Made within 3 days of delivery of the goods in writing or by telephone.  Alternatively upon receipt of invoice only, claims for non-delivery or shortage must be made in writing or by telephone within 7 days of the invoice date.

Delivery

Once your order has been submitted, it will be passed to our warehouse for processing.  Orders received before 3.00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.  Orders received after 3.00pm are dispatched the following working day.

We will deliver your TalarMade order to wherever is most convenient for you.

For deliveries outside of the UK or urgent same-day deliveries, please contact our office on 01246 268456 – charges will be advised.

If your order is to be delivered outside of UK Mainland please contact our Customer Services Team who will arrange appropriate delivery for you on 01246 268 456 (Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5.00pm and Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm).

Customer Service Guarantee

If after purchase, a fault appears within the first 6 months, which is due to defective manufacture and not caused by accidental damage, misuse or fair wear and tear we will be happy to replace the product.
