Registering as a Healthcare Professional
When registering on the TalarMade website, you have the option to select if you are a patient/consumer or a Healthcare Professional. If you select 'Healthcare Professional' we will be prompted to assess your account for approval, using the details you provided at registration. Approval in normally carried out within a few minutes during 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. However, if you register outside of our office hours, we will approve your account on the next working day. Once you have been approved you can shop on the TalarMade website at any time.
Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT and delivery charges. All major credit and debit cards are accepted for payment, excluding American Express.
Credit account payment terms: 30 days net monthly.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sums become due and payable on the basis of 30 days net monthly terms (i.e. invoices become due at the end of the month following the date of the invoice). We reserve the right to suspend supplies immediately and without notification to the customer should amounts become overdue.
You have the right to cancel your order up to the point of order dispatch. Thereafter order cancellation will be treated as an order return. In order to action your cancellation please call our Customer Services Team on 01246 268 456 during our office hours of Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5.30pm and Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm.
If for any reason you would like to return an item to TalarMade, you must quote your original delivery note number and official order number.
Unless an item is faulty, all returned items must:
- Be unmarked and unworn
- Not have been adapted
- Be returned in the original packaging in a clean, re-saleable condition
If you would like to return your order please call the TalarMade Customer Services Team on 01246 268 456 prior to dispatching the items back to TalarMade.
TalarMade cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. We therefore recommend a certificate of posting is gained from the Post Office or Courier.
If after purchase a fault appears within the first 6 months, please contact the TalarMade Team immediately. Items with faults due to defective manufacture and not caused by accidental damage, misuse or fair wear and tear must be returned to TalarMade and will be replaced.
It is the customer’s duty wherever possible to inspect items upon delivery. In the event of items being received in a damaged condition, claims must be made to TalarMade within 3 days of delivery of the goods in writing or by telephone.
Correctly supplied items
Unwanted items that were correctly supplied by TalarMade will be exchanged or refunded provided that they are returned to us within 28 days of delivery.
Incorrectly supplied items
TalarMade will replace or refund items, which have been incorrectly supplied provided that we are notified in writing or by telephone within 3 days of delivery.
It is the customer’s duty wherever possible to inspect items upon delivery. In the event of items being short delivered, claims must be made to TalarMade within 3 days of delivery of the goods in writing or by telephone. Alternatively upon receipt of invoice only, claims for non-delivery or shortage must be made in writing or by telephone within 7 days of the invoice date.
Once your order has been submitted it will be passed to our warehouse for processing. Orders received before 3.00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3.00pm are dispatched the following working day.
We will deliver your TalarMade order to wherever is most convenient for you.
A delivery charge of £5.00 + VAT will be applied to all UK Mainland orders.
